Tampa, Florida: (Oct 2014) Arthur Machinery-Florida represents Leadwell CNC full line of Machining Centers and Turning Centers. The 5-Axis Trunnion machines are available in three models: V-20iT, V-40iT and V-60iT.
Leadwell Trunnion 5-Axis Machining Centers feature an advanced industry leading design, yet they are also an economical 5-Axis tool. Leadwell builds heavy, robust cast iron bases and columns to ensure stability and long term accuracy. This construction combined with Hybrid-Ceramic spindle bearings and cartridge type design ensures vibration-free operation and accuracy during the heaviest or fastest of cutting operations. All Leadwell spindles feature the “dual-contact” system.
Fanuc controls, servo motors and spindle motors give the cutomer unquestioned reliability along with power and accuracy. FANUC continues to be the standard in CNC controls.
An optional three-piece T-slot table or one-piece fixture table enable the operator to setup standard 3-Axis jobs, which maximizes the machine versatility. The V-20iT, V-40iT or V-60iT Trunnion machines meet or exceed many of today’s machining requirements. Their versatility virtually guarantees a truly job-shop or production 5-Axis machine.
