Hanwha Machinery at PMTS 2015
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Hanwha Machinery America Exhibits at PMTS 2015 Franklin, Wisconsin: (April 2015) Hanwha Machinery will be exhibiting their Swiss Style lathes at PMTS 2015 in Columbus, Ohio. The event is scheduled April 21-23, 2015.
Hanwha models shown will be XE20H, XD20V with B-Axis option and XD38IIH(Y2). High-performance and entry level Swiss Style lathes will be shown to the Precision Machining show attendees.
The XE20H was designed to attract first-time Swiss users and cost conscious buyers with machining capability usually associated with higher-cost machines. The XE is a 7-axis machine with 10,000 rpm on the main spindle, longer Z-axis strokes, shorter bar remnants than normal and wider drive belts. The
XD20V is an 8-Axis model with the Fanuc 32i-B control and is a high-performance version of the popular XD20H. Features include five cross milling tools, two deep hole gun drilling stations, C-axis on both main/sub spindles, an 8-position back working station with four live tools and Y2-axis. A B-axis tool post is available as an option. The machine is ideal for close tolerance machining of medical and aerospace parts.
The XD38IIH has a bar capacity of 1.50”, with more tool positions and additional machining capabilities. Six leveling pads under the base casting equally support the load under the headstock. The guide bushing housing and sub-spindle is fully supported and the centrally located oversize guide bushing is intended to ensure process stability in heavy cutting conditions for tough materials.
Hanwha Machinery was established in 1953 and continues to lead with new technologies development.
